  • Not supposed to replace your ordinary varied diet.
  • Designed for a period of 3, 5 and 7 days, 4 and 6 days are also possible.

For a first time trial, we recommend starting with a 3 day juice detox plan. However it should be noted that extending the juice detox plan to 5 days ensures greater benefits to the system and better results.
When planning on doing a juice detox for longer than 5 days, the help of a health professional is recommended. 5 A Day would not recommend more than 7 days on exclusive juice fasting!
