After completing the cure, it is essential to break the juice detox plan in a smooth way with easy-to-digest foods to avoid shocking your digestive track.
5 A Day recommends post-cure easy-to-digest foods such as:
Vegetable soups (made of a mix of vegetables, which nourishes the body with natural minerals and vitamins).
Steamed or puréed vegetables.
Lightly sautéed greens.
Proteins such as some legumes, nuts & grains, and once to twice a week fish and/or meat, and/or chicken, and/or eggs (should you not be vegetarian or vegan of course).
